With over 40 years of experience, Benjamin Levinson’s practice emphasizes creditor bankruptcy representation and defending lenders, trustees and third party purchasers in foreclosure-related litigation at the trial level and on appeal. He also represents lenders and receivers in actions to collect rents under deeds of trust and lenders in judicial foreclosure actions.
Mr. Levinson represents his clients in all Bankruptcy Courts, District Courts, and state courts in California. He also represents his clients in appellate matters in both California and Federal courts.

Mr. Levinson is a frequent speaker with the United Trustees Association (“UTA”) on yearly bankruptcy developments, a moderator on the bankruptcy judges panel, and an author of articles for UTA.
He is also a speaker and author of articles for the California Mortgage Association on bankruptcy and foreclosure topics.
Nathaniel Levinson is a 2025 graduate of UC Davis School of Law and currently awaiting California Bar results. In law school he was selected to be a member of the Civil Rights Clinic, Workers’ Rights Clinic, and Mock Trial Competition Team.
